“同饮一江水”澜湄水资源合作中外媒体联合采风(2022-2023)
前言 preface

在中国外交部亚洲合作资金的支持下,在中国水利部国际合作与科技司指导下,由澜湄水资源合作中心、长江水利委员会宣传出版中心、中国华能集团有限公司、华能澜沧江水电股份有限公司等单位联合组织开展“澜湄水资源合作中外媒体联合采风活动”,向湄公河国家宣介中国治水经验和实践,讲述中国水故事,传播中国治水理念、治水方案、治水智慧。

2022年9月和2023年10月,中外媒体联合采风在中国云南澜沧江流域举办,活动邀请了11家中外媒体的20余名记者,聚焦澜湄流域上游生态文明建设、河湖保护治理、梯级电站调蓄排沙及调丰补枯、生物多样性保护和水美乡村建设等方面的实践,在中外媒体平台累计发布150余篇新闻稿件、11个短视频、9个专版以及13篇海外推特、脸书推文。

The “Shared Rive Shared Future” Lancang-Mekong Domestic and Foreign Media Joint Interview Campaign on Water Resources Cooperation, which was supported by the Asian Cooperation Fund Program of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and directed by the Department of International Cooperation, Science and Technology of the Ministry of Water Resources of PRC, was organized and conducted through the joint efforts from the Lancang-Mekong Water Resources Cooperation Center (LMC Water Center), Publicity and Publication Center of Changjiang Water Resources Commission (CWRC), China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd. and Huaneng Lancang River Hydropower Inc., etc.. This Campaign publicized China’s experiences and practices in water conservancy to the Mekong countries , told water conservancy stories of China and spreaded China’s water conservancy concepts, schemes and wisdoms.

In September, 2022 and October, 2023 respectively, the “Shared Rive Shared Future” Lancang-Mekong Domestic and Foreign Media Joint Interview Campaign on Water Resources Cooperation was held in the Lancang River basin, Yunnan, China, and over 20 journalists from 11 Chinese and foreign media participated in this event at invitation. Focusing on the practices in ecological civilization construction , river and lake protection and harnessing, regulating storage and discharging sand of reservors, reducing flood peak in flood season and supplementing water in dry season of cascade hydropower plants, biodiversity protection and building of beautiful water villages in the upper reach of the Lancang-Mekong River, etc., the journalists made more than 150 press releases, 11 short videos, 9 special pages and 13 Twitter and Facebook tweets on Chinese and foreign media platforms.
